THEBABE EFFECT

STARTED IN LIVERPOOL.
NOW LOOK AT US.

BABE started in 2023 with one idea: create the kind of fitness space we wanted to go to ourselves. Founded by Harriet and Amanda, BABE brought together years of experience across fitness, online training and pole to create something completely different — an affordable, welcoming fitness experience in a luxury setting.

The first BABE sold out before the doors even opened. And we haven't exactly slowed down since.
